摘要
以雪梨、贡菊为主要原料,通过单因素和正交试验研制一种具有清热解渴,生津润肺的复合饮料.该复合饮料的最佳配方为:35 g雪梨、0. 05 g抗坏血酸、12 mL贡菊提取液、8 g冰糖、0. 027 g柠檬酸.该功能复合饮料呈亮黄色,澄清透明,无浑浊,清甜爽口,具有梨和菊花的香气.
In this study, taking chrysanthemum and snow pear as the main raw materials, a composite functional beverage with heat cleanup, detoxification and nourishing lung effect was developed by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The optimal formula was obtained as follows: 35 g snow pears, 0.05 g ascorbic acid, 12 mL chrysanthemum extraction, 8 g crystal sugar, 0. 027 g citric acid. A kind of composite beverage was developed successfully with bright yellow color, no turbidity, pear and chrysanthemum aroma, and it was clear and transparent, sweet and refreshing.
