初诊2型糖尿病患者视黄醇结合蛋白4与亚临床动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between plasma retinol-binding protein 4 and subclinical atherosclerosis in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients

摘要 目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)与亚临床动脉粥样硬化(sub As)的关系。方法将146例初诊T2DM患者分为sub As组54例和非sub As组92例。检测所有患者RBP4、血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、颈总动脉、股动脉、髂总动脉的内膜中膜厚度(IMT)等,比较两组间临床特征及RBP4水平;Spearman相关分析RBP4与其他指标的相关性;log is tic回归分析s ub As的影响因素。结果 s ub As组患者RBP4水平高于非s ub As组(P<0.05);RBP4水平与BMI、TG、s ub As呈正相关(r=0.290、0.195、0.291,均P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄、高血压、TC、RBP4是sub As的危险因素(OR=1.054、3.107、2.187、1.123,均P<0.05)。结论初诊T2DM患者RBP4与sub As呈正相关,RBP4升高可能是初诊T2DM患者sub As的独立危险因素之一。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between diabetic plasma(T2DM)retinolpatients.binding protein 4(RBP4)hundred level and and subclinical atherosclerosis(subAs)in newly were diagnosed type 2 Methods One forty six newly plasma(IMT)diagnosed RBP4,T2DM patients enrolled hemoglobin in the A1c study,including 54 cases lipids with were subAs and 92 the cases without media subAs.The glucose,glycosylated artery,(HbA1C)and femoral blood measured;intima-thickness of common carotid common iliac artery and artery IMT were examined.The correlation between RBP4 and above indicators Logistic was assessed with spearman analysis correlation Results analysis;The the risk factors level of subAs higher in T2DM patients was analyzed with that multivariate patients regression.plasma RBP4 was in T2DM patients with subAs than in T2DM without subAs(P〈0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that plasma RBP4 was positively correlated with BMI,RBP4 TG,subAs were(r=0.290,0.195,0.291;all P〈0.05).Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that age,hypertension,TC,independent Plasma risk factors for one subAs of in T2DM patients(OR=1.054,3.107,factors 2.187,1.123,respectively;T2DM all P〈0.05).Conclusion RBP4 elevation is the independent risk of subAs in newly diagnosed patients.
