摘要
文章基于计划行为理论,结合高阶理论,揭示了创新二元性在领导行为作用下的驱动因素及特殊情景。对164家高新技术企业的问卷调查数据进行实证统计检验,结果验证并延伸了计划行为理论框架:领导注意力范围(行为态度)、二元组织文化(行为规范)和领导自我效能感(知觉行为控制)对变革型领导行为的实现都具有显著的正向作用;同时领导力注意力范围与二元组织文化对创新二元性也存在直接的促进作用;变革型领导有利于创新二元性的实现,并受环境因素的正向调节,环境愈加动荡,正向影响愈强。
This paper,based on the theory of planned behavior and combining with the upper echelons theory,sheds light on the drive mechanism and the special context of innovation ambidexterity under the influence of transformational leadership. The paper empirically tests these hypotheses using the data collected from 164 high-tech firms,which confirms and extends the framework of planed behavior theory. The results are as follows: Broad scope in leader attention( attitude),ambidextrous organizational cultural( subject norm) and leadership self-efficacy( perceived behavioral control) have significant positive impacts on transformational leadership; Moreover,broad scope in leader attention and ambidextrous organizational cultural also have direct positive impacts on innovation ambidexterity; Transformational leadership has a positive impact on innovation ambidexterity,and the relationship is positively moderated by environmental dynamism. The more unstable the environment is,the stronger the positive impact is.
