基于乡村振兴的安徽产业集群专业镇的发展研究

A Study on the Development of Industrial Cluster Professional Town in Anhui Province Based on Rural Revitalization

党的十九大首次将"实施乡村振兴战略"作为建设现代化经济体系的重大举措,乡村振兴战略是社会主义新农村建设的升级版,产业集群专业镇发展是实施乡村振兴战略的主引擎。文章以安徽省产业集群专业镇发展的现实数据为基础,分析了产业集群专业镇的发展现状及存在问题,并从实施乡村振兴战略和安徽省五大发展行动计划、城镇化建设、制造强省建设等方面,梳理了产业集群专业镇发展所面临的新机遇。在此基础上,结合乡村振兴战略与安徽乡村特色产业发展,提出了安徽省产业集群专业镇发展的新举措。

For the first time,the 19 th National Congress of CPC put forward＂implementing the strategy of rural revitalization＂as a major measure to build a modern economic system. The strategy of rural revitalization is an upgraded version of the new socialist countryside construction. The development of industrial cluster professional town is the main engine to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. Based on the real data of the development of industrial cluster professional town in Anhui province,this paper analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of industrial cluster professional town. And the paper also sorts out the new opportunities for the development of industrial cluster professional town from implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and the provincial five major development action plans,urbanization,construction of a strong province in manufacturing industry and so on. Accordingly,the paper,combined with the strategy of rural revitalization and the development of rural characteristic industries in Anhui province,puts forth the new measures for the development of industrial cluster professional town in the province.
