城镇基础设施建设进程中资金供给与需求间均衡机制研究

A Research on the Balance Mechanism between Capital Supply and Demand in the Process of Urban Infrastructure Construction

改革开放以来,我国经济的飞速发展推动了城镇化进程。当前,城镇化的快速发展凸显了城镇基础设施建设的问题,且已经成为我国最受瞩目的热点问题之一。文章在这一背景下,基于我国城镇基础设施建设过程中出现的资金供给情况作为研究方向,通过线性分析等方法,考察我国城镇基础设施建设中资金供给与需求间均衡的大致趋势。在分析造成我国基础设施建设进程中存在的供需失衡原因的基础上,给出相应的措施,希望能够为我国城镇基础设施建设进程中的资金供求平衡以及投融资市场的发展与完善提供有益的参考。

Since the reform and opening up,China＇s rapid economic development has facilitated the process of urbanization. The rapid development of urbanization has highlighted the problem of urban infrastructure construction,which has become one of the hottest issues in China at present. In this context,this paper,based on the research direction of capital supply in the process of urban infrastructure construction in China,investigates the general trend of balance between capital supply and demand in the construction of urban infrastructure by using the linear analysis and other methods. And then the paper,based on analyzing the reasons of the imbalance between supply and demand in the process of infrastructure construction in China,proposes the corresponding measures,which aims to provide a positive reference for the balance of capital supply and demand in the process of urban infrastructure construction and the development and improvement of investment and financing market.
