合作经济组织扶贫的农户收入效应——基于倾向得分匹配法的实证分析

The Effect of Poverty Alleviation by Cooperative Economic Organizations on Farmers' Income——An Empirical Analysis Based on Propensity Score Matching Method

文章利用山西、甘肃两省515户农户的微观调研数据,采用logit模型和PSM对农村新型合作经济组织扶贫的农户收入效应进行分析。结果显示,合作经济组织能够有效改善农户家庭人均收入水平;参与合作经济组织对贫困农户人均收入、非贫困农户人均收入增加均产生正向影响,但对两群体的增收影响存在差异,对贫困农户的减贫增收效应更明显。另外,农户年龄、农户受教育程度、农户家庭劳动力数量、是否建档立卡贫困户、政府政策补贴、农业生产帮扶构成了农户是否参与合作经济组织的重要因素。据此,需要继续培育发展合作经济组织,提升农户参与的意愿,普及宣传合作经济组织知识,突出贫困户对扶贫资源俘获的便利性,借助第三方平台对合作经济组织扶贫资源使用进行监督与脱贫成效考评。

Applying the logit model and the PSM method,this paper analyzes the effect of poverty alleviation by rural new cooperative economic organizations on farmers＇ income based on the micro survey data of 515 rural households from Shanxi and Gansu provinces. The results show that： Cooperative economic organizations can effectively improve the per capita income level of rural households. The participation of cooperative economic organizations has a positive impact on the increase in the per capita income of poor farmers and non poor farmers,but it is different in the effect on increasing the income of the two groups,and the effect of poverty reduction and income increase is more obvious for poor farmers. In addition,whether the rural households participate in cooperative economic organizations or not is mainly determined by farmers＇ age,education level,the number of household labor,filing stand card for poor households,government subsidies for agriculture and agricultural production aid. Accordingly,the paper proposes some suggestions including continuously cultivating and developing cooperative economic organizations,promoting the farmers＇ willingness to participate,disseminating the knowledge of cooperative economic organizations,highlighting the convenience of poor households capturing antipoverty resources,and supervising the use of poverty alleviation resources and evaluating its effect by cooperative economic organizations with the third-party platforms.
