比较法学是法学研究重要的基础方法之一,是引领、保障和促进共建"一带一路"事业可持续发展的重要支撑。比较法学研究在中国法治建设中发挥了非常重要的作用,研究成果有效推动了法治建设,引领了法治改革与发展,深入促进了中国法学基础理论及部门法的发展,推进了中国法治建设的国际交流与合作。可持续地推进"一带一路"共建,应高度重视比较法学研究,坚持统筹本国法与合作国家的法律比较研究,重视共建"一带一路"金融支持与经贸合作的法律比较研究,保障"一带一路"共建实现绿色发展,重视健全共建"一带一路"合作发展的争端解决机制,推进"一带一路"共建中刑事保护问题的研究与实践。

Comparative jurisprudence is one of the most important basic methods in the study of law. It is an important support for leading,ensuring and promoting the sustainable development of the ＂One Belt,One Road＂. Comparative jurisprudence plays a very important role in the construction of the rule of law in China. The research results have effectively promoted the construction of the rule of law,led the reform and development of the rule of law,promoted the development of the basic theory of law and department law in China,and promoted the international exchange and cooperation of the construction of the rule of law in China. We should attach great importance to the research of comparative law,adhere to the legal comparative study of the national law and the cooperative countries,and pay more attention to the legal comparative research on the construction of the ＂ area and one road＂ financial support and economic and trade cooperation. With the cooperation and development of the dispute settlement mechanism,the research and practice of criminal protection in the construction of the ＂ one area and one road＂ are promoted.
