227名实习护生护患沟通实践课程需求现状及影响因素分析 被引量:12

Needs of Courses on Nurse-patient Communication of Nursing Interns and Its Influence Factors: A 277-case Study

摘要 目的调查护理实习生护患沟通实践课程需求现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2017年6—9月采用自行编制的一般资料调查表及护患沟通实践课程需求问卷,对227名实习护生进行调查,采用多元逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果本组实习护生护患沟通实践课程总需求得分为(152.83±19.87)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:有无获取沟通技能途径、对护患沟通所持态度、对自身护患沟通经历是否满意、继续从事护理行业意愿及沟通类课程授课形式进入回归方程(P<0.05)。结论实习护生对护患沟通实践课程需求得分处于较高水平,影响课程需求的主要因素有对护患沟通所持态度、对自身护患沟通经历的满意度及沟通类课程授课形式等。建议高校或医院在进行沟通教育培训时应加大实践课程比例,并提供多元化的沟通技能获取途径,鼓励实习护生多与患者沟通,引导建立正性的护患沟通认知态度和积极的从业观,从而增强其护患沟通能力。 Objective To explore the needs of courses on nurse-patient communication of nursing interns and its influence factors.Methods From July to September 2017, a total of 227 nursing interns were recruited by convenience sampling method and they were investigated by using the self-designed general information questionnaire and need of courses on nurse-patient communication questionnaire, then the main influence factors were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results The total score of course need was 152.83 ±19.87. Multiple regression analysis showed that whether having ways to acquire communication skills,attitude towards nurse-patient communication, the will of engaging in the field of nursing, the teaching methods of nurse-patient communication course, and whether satisfied with nurse-patient communication experience were major influence factors( P0.05).Conclusion The course on nurse-patient communication is in need and the main factors are the attitudes towards communication,teaching methods of the course and whether satisfied with nurse-patient communication experience. More practice courses provided by universities or hospitals are recommended for nursing interns and diversified approaches of acquiring communication skills will benefit encouraging interns to communicate with patients and establishing a positive attitude and optimistic attitude, thus to enhance the communication ability of nursing students.
