摘要
大健康背景下,零售药店销售增长缓慢,毛利率逐年下滑;经营人员思路僵化,标准化管理体系尚待明确;会员黏性不高;电子商务定位不明确,信息化手段落后等问题,基于此本文提出应对措施,并以某医药股份公司为例,提出建立融"精准的医疗服务、标准化药店和药学服务体系、提供高价值会员服务、慢性病管理服务体系"为一体的服务模式,以期对零售药店的发展提供可参考的意见。
Under the background of large-scale health, sales of retail pharmacies led to slow sales growth and gross profit margin year by year.The management personnel rigidified,the standardized management system remained to be clarified, the members' stickiness was not high, the e-commerce positioning was not clear and the means of informationization lagged behind.Based on the countermeasures proposed in this paper and the case of Nanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., this paper proposes to set up a system of "accurate medical service, establishing healthy file, standardized pharmacy and pharmacy service system, providing high-value membership service and chronic disease management service system" as one of the service model, with a view to provide a reference for the development of retail pharmacies.
