通过精准健康传播守"七则"、循"七理"、具"七素"、修"七质"、孝"七母"、延"七生"、承"七归"的七节"49条"精准健康传播方略共识指南,阐述精准健康传播在空间位置上、时间感念中、世间变幻下精炼准确定位健康目标,聚焦机体生物生理、精神心理、社会伦理的靶点,逐一进行以深耕健康传播资源、细作健康传播途径、感染健康传播受众为内容,建立生命全过程、全方位、全周期立体式全链环科学健康传播系统。

The precise health communication consists of 49 strategic consensus guidelines,such as keeping ＇seven rules＇, following ＇seven principles＇, possessing ＇seven elements＇, practicing ＇seven qualities＇, filial ＇seven mothers＇, extending ＇seven lives＇, inheritting ＇seven fates＇.
