摘要
研究离心处理天然胶乳制得的天然橡胶(NR)性能,并与未离心处理天然胶乳制得的NR进行对比。结果表明:与未离心处理天然胶乳制成的NR生胶相比,离心处理天然胶乳制成的NR生胶的门尼粘度较小,塑性较高,混炼加工成本较低,蛋白质含量极低,可以减少密炼过程中胶料的异味,解决蛋白质易吸水性而发霉及其吸水后胶料绝缘性下降的问题;胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间较长,拉伸强度略低,拉断伸长率较大,耐老化性能稍差,可通过配方调整以提高胶料综合性能。
The properties of natural rubber(NR) made from centrifuge treated natural rubber latex were studied and compared with that of NR made from the natural rubber latex without centrifuge treatment. The results showed that,compared with NR made from the natural rubber latex without centrifuge treatment,NR made from centrifuge treated natural rubber latex possessed smaller Mooney viscosity,higher plasticity,and lower processing cost. The protein content was very low,so that the odor of compound in mixing process was reduced,and the problem of the mildewing due to water absorption of protein and decrease of insulation property of the compound could be resolved. The scorching time and optimum cure time of the compound with NR made from centrifuge treated natural rubber latex were prolonged,the tensile strength was slightly lower,the elongation at break was larger,and the aging resistance was slightly worse. The comprehensive properties of the compound could be improved by formula adjustment.
