摘要
介绍445/65R22.5宽基无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 150 mm,断面宽度443 mm,胎圈着合直径569 mm,胎圈着合宽度356 mm,行驶面宽度348.9 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.06,采用变节距的混合花纹,花纹沟深度15 mm,花纹饱和度69%。施工设计:胎面与胎侧冷贴成型;胎体采用紧密型3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线;1~#带束层采用高强度3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2~#和3~#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT高强度钢丝帘线,4~#带束层采用高伸长和高抗冲击型5×0.35HI钢丝帘线;内衬层中部厚、两边薄,厚度均匀过渡;钢丝圈采用Φ1.65 mm电镀青铜回火钢丝单根缠绕而成;采用二次成型法成型机成型,蒸锅式双模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、气密性和脱圈阻力等达到国家标准和ETRTO—2015要求。
In this paper,the design of 445/65 R22. 5 wide-base tubeless truck and bus radial tire was introduced. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 150 mm,width of cross-section 443 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569 mm,bead width at rim seat 356 mm,width of running surface 348. 9 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_1/H_2) 1. 06,mixed pattern with variable pitch,pattern depth 15 mm,and pattern saturation 69%. In the construction design,the tread and sidewall were built by cold lamination. 3 + 9 + 15×0. 22 W highly compacted steel cord was applied in the carcass ply,3×0. 20+6×0. 35 HT high strength steel cord was used in the 1# belt ply,3+8×0. 33 HT high strength steel cord was applied in the 2# and 3# belt ply,and 5×0. 35 HI steel cord with high elongation and good impact resistance was used in the 4# belt ply. The middle part of the inner lining was thicker than both sides and the thickness change was uniformly transited. Bead ring was made by winding of copper-plated tempered wire with a diameter of 1. 65 mm. The tire was formed by using a two-stage tire building machine and cured with steamer type tire vulcanization machine. It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance performance,air tightness and bead unseat resistance met the requirements of national standard and ETRTO-2015.
