摘要
60年来,中国科学技术大学创新人才辈出,创新成果丰硕。从师资队伍建设、基础教学与系列教学改革、教学与科研相结合、超常教育、开放办学、营造民主自由的学术氛围等几个方面探讨中国科学技术大学的创新性人才培养模式与方法及其成功的基本经验。
In the past 60 years, University of Science and Technology of China has produced innovative talents and achieved fruitful innovation. This paper discusses the innovative talent training models and methods, and the basic experience of success of University of Science and Technology of China from several aspects. It includes the construction of teaching staff, basic teaching and series of teaching reforms, combination of teaching and scientific research, supernormal education, open education, and establishment of an academic atmosphere of democracy and freedom.
