单纯物理治疗及联合迈之灵对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效比较

Comparison of the effect of physical therapy alone or combined with Aescuven Forte in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察比较腰椎间盘突出症患者实施物理治疗、物理治疗联合迈之灵治疗的效果。方法抽取医院骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用单纯物理治疗,观察组行物理治疗+迈之灵治疗,观察比较2组治疗效果,并对2组治疗前后疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及腰椎功能[采用日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)]进行评估。结果治疗后,2组VAS评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P均<0. 01);观察组治疗总有效率为93. 33%,高于对照组的70. 00%(P <0. 05);治疗后,2组JOA各项指标评分及总评分较治疗前提高,且观察组JOA各指标评分及总评分高于对照组(P均<0. 01)。结论在物理治疗基础上,给予腰椎间盘突出症患者迈之灵联合治疗,可减轻患者临床症状,促进腰椎功能恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective Compare the effect of physical therapy and physical therapy combined with Aescuven Forte in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, 30 cases in each group. The control group received simple physical therapy, while the observation group was treated with Aescuven Forte on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, VAS score and JOA score in the 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores and total scores of JOA in the 2 groups after treatment were all higher than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Physical therapy combined with Aescuven Forte in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can reduce the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of lumbar function, which is worthy of clinical application.
