安徽省静脉治疗护理的现况分析

The current situation of infusion therapy in Anhui

目的通过横断面调查安徽省各级医院静脉治疗护理现状,并分析存在的问题。方法采用便利抽样法,于2016年3月—5月对省级医院及三级医院、各地市二级医院与一级及以下医院共144所医院进行问卷调查。结果 31所(21.52%)医院建立了静脉药物配置中心;静脉穿刺及维护时选用的皮肤消毒剂不太规范;血管通路装置的选择情况,其中选择静脉输液钢针的医院比例为100%,外周静脉导管、中心静脉导管、PICC和输液港的医院比例为68.88%、54.86%、50.69%和20.83%;静脉导管的维护和护理方面,正确冲封静脉导管及接头更换的医院占58.33%,正确拔管的医院占44.44%;绝大多数医院已建立了静脉治疗相关制度、预案和流程等;每年有不同程度培训的医院占57.63%,有专科知识与技能培训且考核合格的医院占44.44%。结论安徽省静脉治疗专业得到了一定的提升,但仍暴露出一些不足,应细化静脉治疗标准,规范静脉输液工具的使用和维护,进一步促进安徽省静脉治疗护理的发展。

Objective To investigate the status of intravenous infusion therapy in hospitals of Anhui by cross- sectional investigation,and to analyze the existing problems. Methods A total of 144 hospitals,including provincial hospitals,third-level hospitals,second-level hospitals and first-level and below hospitals,were surveyed by cluster sampling from March to May,2016. Results Pharmacy intravenous admixture services were built in 31 （21.52%） hospitals. The skin disinfectant was not chosen appropriately when nurses punctured or maintained the tube. Scalp needle was 100% applied,and the application rate of PVC,CVC,PICC and PORT was 68.88% ,54.68%,50.69% and 20.83% respectively. In terms of the maintenance and caring of the venous catheter,58.33% of the hospitals were correct in sealing the venous catheter and replacing the connector,and 44.44% were correct in removing the catheter. Most hospitals in our province had set up regulations,plans and procedures related to intravenous treat- ment. 57.63% hospitals had different levels of training time each year,and 44.44% had specialized knowledge and skills training and were qualified for assessment. Conclusion The professional intravenous treatment in Anhui has got improved,but there are still some shortcomings. We should further refine the standard of intravenous treatment and standardize the use of intravenous fluids tools and maintenance ,to promote intravenous therapy professional development in our province.
