摘要 目的评价同伴教育在护理中职生护理学基础操作技能教学中的应用效果。方法 2015级30名护理中职生为对照组,按"教师操作示教—学生回复—学生练习"的流程学习铺备用床、无菌技术、口腔护理、测血压4项护理操作技能。2016级30名学生作为试验组,学习流程同对照组,仅在"学生练习"环节当中加入6名从2015级筛选出的实训组长作为同伴教育者。通过技能操作考核和教学效果评价问卷对效果进行评定。结果试验组4项操作考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组有更多学生认为教学可提高学生学习兴趣、沟通交流能力和团队合作能力(P<0.05)。结论同伴教育能提高学生的护理操作水平、学习兴趣、沟通交流和团队合作能力。 Objective To explore the effects of peer education on skill leaning of Fundamentals of Nursing among secondary vocational nursing students. Methods Thirty students of Grade 2015 were treated as the control group. They learned the skills of bed making,aseptic operations,oral care and blood pressure measurement through the procedure of "teacher's demonstration-student's re-demonstration-practice". Another 30 students of Grade 2016 was treated as the experimental group. Besides the same learning procedure as the students in the control group,students in the experimental group was guided by 6 group leaders who were selected from Grade 2015 as the peer educators when they practiced the skills. Skill examination and questionnaire survey were both conducted to evaluate the effects of peer education. Results Students in the experimental group got significantly higher scores in four skill examinations when compared with those of control group(P〈0.05). Moreover,they thought peer education could increase their learning interests,communication abilities and teamwork abilities(P〈0.05). Conclusion Peer education can improve students' skill level,learning interests,communication abilities,and teamwork abilities.
