摘要
实践教育是理论与实践相结合的纽带,是学生专业素质、综合能力形成与发展的重要过程。该文通过对中、美两国护理本科实践教育的培养目标、课程设置和教学内容、教学方法、评估和考核、师资队伍和实践教学基地建设等方面进行比较,分析中、美两国护理本科实践教育的差异,借鉴美国护理本科实践教育的先进经验,为进一步推进我国护理本科的实践教育改革提供参考。
The practical education is the link of theory and practice. It is also an important process of students' abilities development. This paper compared the differences between China and the United States in the following aspects:cultivation objectives,courses setting,courses contents,teaching methods,assessment,staff team,and teaching bases development. The advanced experience of the United States can provide a reference for promoting practical education in China
