摘要
已有研究认为,职场排斥对员工离职有正向影响。在采取相关研究量表的基础上,以特定职场(五星级酒店)员工为研究对象,通过相关软件进行数据分析,对职场排斥与员工离职的相关性进行了验证性研究。研究表明,酒店行业中存在的职场排斥现象对员工的离职意向有显著正向影响;员工离职意向会因员工在性别、学历和工作年限上的不同而有所差异,而在婚姻、年龄与职位等方面则不明显;针对员工工作年限(即司龄)与职场排斥的相关性情况,新员工(司龄短)相比老员工(司龄长)更容易遭受被职场排斥。从酒店文化、管理制度、人文心理环境、新员工的成长等方面探讨了酒店防范职场排斥的管理建议,以期通过对酒店职场工作软环境的改善来防范因职场排斥而产生的员工离职,从而为维持酒店员工队伍的稳定进行新的探索。
Studies have shown that workplace ostracism has a positive impact on employee's turnover. Based on ? the current? related research and through the software for data analysis,this article takes a specific workplace( a five-star hotel) as the research object to have a confirmatory study on the correlation of workplace ostracism on employee's turnover intention. The research shows that the phenomenon of workplace ostracism in hotel industry has a significant positive influence on employees' turnover intention. The study also finds that the employee's turnover intention is different due to differences in gender,education and working years,but in marriage,age and position not. Especially for the correlation of the employee's working years to the workplace ostracism,the research furtherly shows that new employees are more vulnerable to be ostracised than the older ones in the workplace. Accordingly,this article researches the management suggestions of preventing workplace ostracism mainly from the hotel culture,management system,humanistic psychology environment,the growth of new employees and etc,in the hope of making new explorations to prevent the employee's turnover intention due to workplace ostracism as well as maintain the stability of the staff through the improvement of the hotel working environment.
