摘要
本文从后电影研究的几种可能的方向出发,分析了数字革命与媒体研究对于传统电影研究的挑战。后电影研究可以说是对于媒体特殊性的重新思考与革新。一方面电影的特殊性受到肯定,另一方面把它当作过时的大众娱乐形式。究竟在这场"媒体转向"的浪潮中,电影是不是已经成为了"过去完成式"?
This article clarifies the several meanings of "post-cinematic studies," in order to understand how digital revolution and media studies challenge traditional film studies.Post-cinematic studies is said to rearticulate and redefine the medium-specificity of cinema.On the one hand,cinema's medial particularity is affirmed.On the other,it is also considered to be an obsolete popular art form.In this general "medial turn" within the humanities,has cinema become a thing of the past? I will tackle these issues by pinpointing what it means to think media studies within film studies.
