摘要
目的探讨成人肘关节骨折手术后异位骨化发生的影响因素。方法收集2014年3月~2016年3月我院收治的319例肘关节骨折病人为研究对象,根据手术后异位骨化发生情况,将其分为异位骨化组(n=110)和非异位骨化组(n=209),采用logistic回归分析方法分析肘关节骨折手术后异位骨化发生的影响因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,肘关节骨折手术后发生异位骨化与性别、骨折部位、骨折合并症、异位骨化病史、待术时间、术后康复治疗、术后功能锻炼及冲洗创面有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示骨折部位、骨折合并症是肘关节骨折手术后异位骨化发生的独立危险因素,术后康复治疗、术后功能锻炼是其保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论肘关节骨折手术后发生异位骨化的危险因素较多,及时给予针对性的治疗措施,术后进行合理康复治疗,尽早进行功能锻炼,减少异位骨化的发生。
Objective To investigate the influence factors of heterotopic ossification after after the operation of elbow joint fracture in patients. Methods We collected 319 patients with elbow fractures treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016. According to the occurrence of postoperative heterotopic ossification,they were divided into heterotopic ossification group( n = 110) and non-Heterotopic ossification group( n = 209). Logistic Regression Analysis was used to analyze the influencing Factors of heterotopic ossification after operative Elbow Fractures. Result Univariate analysis showed that sex,fracture site,fracture complications,history of heterotopic ossification,duration of surgery,postoperative rehabilitation,postoperative functional exercise,and flushing of the wound had correlation with Heterotopic ossification after elbow fracture surgery. Multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed that fracture site and fracture complication were independent risk factors for ectopic ossification after operation of elbow joint fracture,postoperative rehabilitation and postoperative functional exercise were the protective factors(P〈0. 05). Conclusion There are many risk factors for heterotopic ossification after elbow fracture surgery. Timely targeted treatment measures,reasonable rehabilitation after surgery,functional exercise are effective measures to reduce the occurrence of heterotopic ossification.
