摘要
以某发动机活塞为研究对象,采用Magma软件对活塞铸件的生产过程进行了模拟,并根据模拟结果对生产工艺和铸件缺陷进行优化。找到了最佳的工艺方案,并进行了生产验证,生产出品质良好的活塞铸件。
By using the independent optimization function of the MagmaSOFT,through the verification design of process parameters and riser geometry,virtual experiment can run in the software,and process development and defect optimization can be carried out.With the software evaluation tool,it can be more effective to forecast the influence trend of each process parameter to the defect.The optimized technological scheme calculated by virtual experiment has been proved to be effective in reducing the porosity and oxide.
