环缝式电磁搅拌对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Annular Electromagnetic Stirring Melt Treatment on Microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloy

摘要 Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金因其元素种类多、含量高,且元素密度差异大,导致在凝固过程中存在成分偏析、易开裂等问题,难以采用普通铸造方法直接成形。对比研究了施加与未施加环缝式电磁搅拌熔体处理技术对Al-11.8Zn-2.9Mg-1.1Cu合金组织的影响。结果表明,施加环缝式电磁搅拌熔体处理能明显减小晶粒尺寸,减轻成分偏析,改善合金组织的均匀性。 Due to many types of elements,high content and large differences in elemental density of AlZn-Mg-Cu alloy the segregation and crack in the solidification process are easily formed,so it is difficult to be conventional cast directly.Effects of Annular Electromagnetic Stirring(A-EMS)melt treatment for Al-11.8 Zn-2.9 Mg-1.1 Cu alloy under different castings conditions was carried out.The results reveal that,under A-EMS,grain refinement and homogeneity can be improved greatly,meanwhile,hot-cracking tendency in the casting process is significantly decreased.
