摘要
针对油田企业环境成本效能评价,利用网络层次分析法,在充分识别评价指标之间相互影响和制约关系的基础上,建立了指标非线性组合关系的多指标模糊综合评价模型,克服了以往层次分析法不能有效反映指标之间相互影响的缺陷,增加了评价指标权重的科学性与合理性,最终形成一套适用我国油田企业环境成本效能的评价体系。
Based on the evaluation of environmental cost effectiveness of oilfield enterprises,based on the network analytic hierarchy process, based on the full identification of the mutual influence and constraint relationship between evaluation indicators, a multi-index fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of nonlinear combination of indicators is established, which overcomes the problem. In the past, the analytic hierarchy process can not effectively reflect the defects of mutual influence between indicators, increase the scientific and rationality of the weight of evaluation indicators,and finally form a set of evaluation system applicable to the environmental cost effectiveness of China's oilfield enterprises.
