青山湖叶绿素a分布及其与水质因子的关联特征 被引量:12

摘要 以典型工业城市湖泊——青山湖为研究对象,于2013年7月对其进行取样监测,研究叶绿素a空间分布特征及其影响因素.采用常规理化分析,结合多元统计方法,定量化探讨青山湖叶绿素a与水质因子间相互关系.结果表明,全湖区水体叶绿素a含量表现为Ⅳ区(34.00μg·L^(-1))>Ⅱ区(32.96μg·L^(-1))>Ⅲ区(32.85μg·L^(-1))>Ⅰ区(21.46μg·L^(-1)),整体呈现明显的空间异质性;相关性分析显示,主要相关因子为T、pH、NH_4^+-N和Pb;PCA排序分析结果显示,影响叶绿素a含量变化的水质因子主要包括T、pH、DO、Zn和TP;逐步回归分析发现,叶绿素a含量与NH_4^+-N相关关系显著;综合而言,水温、总磷和Zn分别为藻类生长和分布驱动、限制性和毒性因子.因此,应当长期监测水温的时空序列变化,采取外源性营养盐削减措施,高度关注重金属污染的生态风险;研究可为湖泊富营养化阻控和生态安全提供有价值的信息. In July 2013,Qingshan Lake,located in a typical industrial city,was selected as the research object. Surface water samples were collected to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of chlorophyll-a and reveal its relationship with driving factors. Combined with multiple statistical methods, conventional physical and chemical analysis were performed to quantitatively clarify the relationship between chlorophyll-a and water quality indicators in QingshanLake. The results showed that,the chlorophyll-a concentration of surface waters across lake was found in the decreasing order of Ⅳ area( 34. 00 μg·L^(-1)) Ⅱ area( 32.96 μg·L^(-1)) Ⅲ area( 32.85 μg·L^(-1)) Ⅰ area( 21.46 μg·L^(-1)),indicating its overall spatial heterogeneity was highly obvious. The correlation analysis suggested that the correlation factors mainly included T,p H,NH_4^+-N and Pb. The ordination diagram of principal component analysis manifested that the chlorophyll-a concentration was influenced by specific water quality indicators,namely T,p H,DO,Zn and TP. The stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that the correlation between chlorophyll-a concentration and NH_4^+-N was extremely significant. In conclusion,growth and distribution of algae were driven by T,restricted by TP and poisoned by Zn,respectively. Consequently,T in twodimensional changes of time and space are regularly monitored,exogenous nutrition inputs are cut down as much as possible,and potential ecological risks of heavy metal contaminants are also widely concerned in coming years. Finally,the important information could presumably gain new insights into eutrophication control and ecological security of city lakes.
