摘要
从运营需求出发,以人因工程学原则和ISO 11064等系列相关标准为基础,对轨道交通控制中心人因工程设计的内容和评估方法进行研究。将以人为中心的理念整合到控制中心的设计中,提出我国轨道交通控制中心人因工程设计框架和评估方法,对控制中心布局设计以及各个环节的人因工程设计流程进行探讨,并对控制中心声光热环境设计的影响因素进行分析,为我国轨道交通控制中心的人性化设计提供科学依据。
From the point of view of operational needs and on the basis of ergonomic principles and standards such as ISO 11064, this study investigated the contents and evaluation methods of ergonomic design in rail transit control centers. The concept of "human-centered" is integrated into control center design. This paper proposes a human factor-based design framework and evaluation methods for rail transit control centers in China, discusses the layout design of the control center and the human factor design process in all links, and analyzes the influence factors of the environment design for sound, illumination, and temperature in the control center. This paper provides scientific guidance for user-friendly design of rail transit control centers in China.
