Precise Positioning Technology of Wild Fire Nearby Transmission Lines by Visible And Infrared Vision

摘要 近年来,输电线路附近山火频发,严重威胁到电网的安全稳定运行。为定位输电线路附近的山火,依据双目立体定位模型,利用输电线路分布式山火监测装置的可见光/红外双波段摄像仪进行了山火定位技术研究。建立了基于色调、饱和度、亮度(Hue,Saturation,Value,HSV)颜色空间的山火可见光图像识别模型;提出了一种基于可见光-红外双目视觉的输电线路山火定位方法,该方法以火焰图心作为立体匹配的特征点,克服了异源异步可见光/红外双目火焰图像匹配困难的问题,实现了火点到摄像仪距离的自动测量;针对山火监测装置摄像仪外部参数标定困难的问题,建立了以云台旋转中心为原点的输电线路坐标系,提出了一种火点到输电线路最短距离的精准计算方法,最终实现了山火相对输电线路的精准定位。最后,通过试验研究,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性,且对500 m范围内火点的深度定位误差≤6.6%,满足实际应用要求。 In recent years, wild fire occurs frequently, which seriously threatens the security and stability of power grid. Consequently, on the basis of binocular stereo visions, we studied a positioning technology of wild fire nearby transmission lines by using the visible and infrared camera of the distributed wild fire monitoring device. A flame identification model for visible images was established based on HSV(Hue, Saturation, Value)color space. And a method of positioning for wild fire nearby transmission lines based on visible and infrared stereo vision was proposed. Taking the center of flame as the feature point of stereo matching, the method overcomes the problem of heterogeneous asynchronous binocular flame image matching. And the automatic measurement of fire to camera distance is realized.Moreover, we established a coordinate system based on the rotation center of the head, and put forward an accurate calculation method of the shortest distance from the fire to the transmission lines. This omits the problem of calibrating the external parameters of the camera outdoors, and the accurate positioning of the wildfire relative to the transmission line is achieved. Finally, through the experimental study, the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are verified. In the range of 500 meters, the measurement error of the distance from the fire to the camera is less than 6.6%, which can meet the practical application requirements. The research is of great significance to realize the automatic judgment of fire hazard level of transmission lines.
