安装剪切型铅减震器的特高压标准化避雷器地震模拟振动台试验 被引量:7

摘要 为提高特高压瓷质避雷器地震安全性,首先基于结构抗震优化方法,提出了特高压避雷器标准化瓷套结构设计方案,抗震安全系数由原结构在0.2g(g=9.81 m/s^2)水平地震动加速度试验得到的1.68提高至新结构在0.3g水平地震动加速度试验得到的1.73。然后基于剪切型铅减震装置性能参数,对特高压标准化瓷套避雷器进行了减震仿真分析。最后依据仿真分析结果确定的减震器型号,进行了安装减震器的特高压标准化瓷套避雷器地震模拟振动台试验,白噪声试验中减震结构相较于非减震结构基频降低了2.76%~4.15%,在水平地震动加速度0.4g和0.5g试验中地震安全系数分别为2.15和1.86。试验结果表明:特高压避雷器抗震性能提升可综合考虑结构优化与减震设计方法,且剪切型铅减震器的安装在正常使用情况下基本不对电气设备整体刚度产生影响。研究结果可为变电站电气设备抗震设计和试验提供参考。 In order to improve the seismic safety of ultra high voltage(UHV) porcelain arrester. First, we proposed a structural design scheme of standard porcelain bushing for UHV lightning arrester based on the method of structural seismic optimization, thus the seismic safety factor was increased from original 1.68 in the 0.2 g(g=9.81 m/s^2) horizontal seismic acceleration test to 1.73 of the new structure in the 0.3 g horizontal seismic acceleration test. Second, we simulated and analyzed the shock absorption of the UHV standardization lightning arrester with shear-type lead damper performance parameters. Last, we conducted the earthquake simulation shaking table tests of the UHV porcelain bushing with the shear-type lead dampers, whose model was got from the results of simulation analysis. Compared with non-damping in the white noise test structure, fundamental frequency of the damping structure were reduced by 2.76%~4.15%, and the seismic safety coefficients were 2.15 and 1.86, respectively, in the horizontal seismic acceleration 0.4 g and 0.5 g tests. The test results show that the method of structural optimization and shock absorption design can be used to improve the seismic performance of UHV lightning arrester, and installation of the shear-type lead dampers has hardly influences on the overall stiffness of the electrical equipment. The research results can provide references for seismic design and test of substation electrical equipment.
