摘要 布鲁氏菌病是由胞内寄生菌布鲁氏菌感染导致的一种全球范围内人畜共患疾病。布鲁氏菌是一类具有隐蔽性感染特征并能够调制宿主免疫应答的病原体,本菌发展出多种组织策略使其不断进化并干扰机体固有免疫系统的识别。充分认识由布鲁氏菌引发的固有免疫应答机制对于新型疫苗的研制、预防和控制布鲁氏菌病有重要的意义。 Brucella is an intracellular bacterium responsible for brucellosis,a worldwide zoonosis. It acts as a stealthy pathogen and modulates host immune responses. Brucella has developed smart strategies that allow it to evolve and interfere with innate immune recognition,Understanding the innate immune responses triggered by Brucella is critical for the development of new vaccines,and prevention and control of brucellosis.
