萝卜籽油联合有氧运动对大鼠血脂降低作用研究

Effect of radish seed oil combined with aerobic exercise on lowering blood lipid of rats

研究萝卜籽油联合有氧运动对大鼠血脂降低的作用。将50只SD大鼠随机分成5组,分别为正常对照组(Ⅰ组)、高脂膳食组(Ⅱ组)、高脂膳食与萝卜籽油组(Ⅲ组)、高脂膳食与有氧运动组(Ⅳ组)、萝卜籽油与有氧运动联合干预高脂膳食组(Ⅴ组),对高脂大鼠进行萝卜籽油灌胃处理,考察对大鼠体重以及血清脂质相关指标TC、TG、HDL-C与LDL-C含量的影响。结果表明:相比正常对照组,高脂膳食组大鼠的体重和血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平极显著增加(p<0.01),血清HDLC水平极显著降低(p<0.01);但通过萝卜籽油与有氧运动干预后,通过对比SD大鼠的体重与血清TG、TC和LDL-C水平有不同程度的下降;与正常对照组对比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组TC和LDL-C水平有不同程度的上升,Ⅴ组SD大鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平与正常对照组相比不具有显著性差异(p>0.05)。说明萝卜籽油与有氧运动联合作用优于单独作用。因此,萝卜籽油联合有氧运动对降低大鼠血脂有良好的干预作用。

The effect of radish seed oil combined with aerobic exercise on lowering blood lipid of rats was studied. Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups： normal diet group I, high fat diet group II, high fat diet ＋ radish seed oil group III, high fat diet ＋ aerobic exercise group IV, radish seed oil ＋ aerobic exercise intervention high fat diet group V. Radish seed oil was administrated to high -fat rats. The effects of radish seed oil and aerobic exercise on body weight and serum lipid - related markers TC, TG, HDL - C and LDL - C of rats were investigated. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the TC, TG, LDL - C levels in serum of high fat diet group increased significantly （p 〈 0. 01 ）, and the HDL - C level in serum decreased significantly（p 〈 0.01 ）. However, after radish seed oil combined with aerobic exercise intervention, the body weight, TG, TC and LDL - C levels of rats de- creased to varying degrees. Compared with the normal control group, the TC and LDL - C levels in group III and group IV increased to varying degrees, and the TC, TG, HDL - C and LDL - C levels in serum of SD rats in group V were not significantly different from those in the normal control group（p 〉 0.05 ）. It was indicated that radish seed oil combined with aerobic exercise was better than single action. There- fore, radish seed oil combined with aerobic exercise had a good intervention effect on lowering blood lipid of rats.
