摘要
采用核级锆和海绵锆制备了两种Zr52Cu33Ni4Al8.5Ag1.5Nb1非晶合金合金锭,通过铜模翻转浇铸获得直径分别为5、10和20 mm的样品。采用DSC、XRD、SEM和准静态拉伸/压缩试验表征了不同直径样品的热力学行为、相组成、微观组织和力学性能。探究了冷却速度和原材料纯度对合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,5 mm的样品为完全非晶态结构;10 mm样品存在少量的析出物,基本上为非晶态结构;20 mm的样品部分晶化。冷却速度和原材料纯度对玻璃化转变温度和晶化温度等影响较小。而核级锆制备的样品比海绵锆制备的样品具有更优异的力学性能。
Two kinds of Zr52Cu33Ni4Al8.5Ag1.5Nb1 amorphous alloy ingots were prepared by using nuclear grade zirconium and sponge zirconium respectively,and samples with diameters of 5 mm,10 mm and 20 mm were obtained by copper mold tilting casting.The thermodynamic behavior,phase composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples with different diameters were characterized by DSC,XRD,SEM and quasi-static mechanical tensile/compression tests.Effects of cooling rate and raw material purity on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloys were investigated.The results show that the sample with5 mm has a completely amorphous structure,and the sample with10 mm is substantially amorphous structure bearing a small amount of precipitate,and the sample with20 mm is partially crystallized.Cooling rate and raw materials purity have little effect on the glass transition temperature and the crystallization temperature.The samples prepared with nuclear grade zirconium exhibit superior mechanical properties to those prepared with sponge zirconium.
