固溶处理对TC11钛合金环件组织和硬度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采取马杠+马架的方式制备了TC11钛合金环件,并对其进行了固溶+时效热处理,主要分析了固溶温度和冷却速度对TC11钛合金环件显微组织和布氏硬度的影响。研究结果表明,初生α相的体积分数主要取决于固溶温度,在较低温度的固溶温度范围内,初生α相的含量随温度的升高变化不明显,当固溶温度接近相变点时,初生α相的含量迅速减少;冷却速度对次生α相的形貌有显著影响,随着冷却速度的降低,次生α相由极细的针状向条状和短杆状转变;随着固溶温度的升高和冷却速度的增加,合金的硬度增加。 TC11 titanium alloy ring was prepared through open forging,and a dual heat treatment process consisting of solid solution treatment and aging was given subsequently. The effect of the temperature and cooling rate of solid solution treatment on microstructure and hardness of the TC11 titanium alloy ring was studied. The results indicate that the volume fraction of primary α is mainly dependent on the solution treatment temperature,and changes little with the solution treatment temperature in lower temperature range. When the solution treatment temperature is close to the phase transition point,the volume fraction of primary α decreases rapidly; the cooling method has a significant effect on morphology of the secondary α-phase,and as the cooling rate decreases,the morphology of the secondary α-phase is transformed from a very fine needle shape to strip and a short rod ones. With the increase of solid solution treatment temperature and the increase of cooling rate,the hardness of the TC11 titanium alloy increases.
