基于响应曲面法的错距旋压连杆衬套各旋轮工作圆弧半径的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以锡青铜筒形件为研究对象,以成形质量(内径扩径量、外圆度误差、直线度误差)为评价指标,运用Simufact有限元仿真软件对错距旋压过程进行数值模拟,采用响应曲面法对错距旋压成形的各旋轮工作圆弧半径进行分析,分析了每个旋轮工作圆弧半径大小对成形质量(内径扩径量、外圆度误差、直线度误差)的影响,得出最优的旋转工作圆弧半径大小顺序并对其值进行优化,再以实验进行验证。结果表明:各旋轮工作圆弧半径大小顺序为旋轮1〉旋轮2〉旋轮3时,成形质量最好,且当旋轮1工作圆弧半径为6 mm、旋轮2工作圆弧半径为5 mm、旋轮3工作圆弧半径为4 mm时,经强力旋压得到高成形质量的锡青铜连杆衬套。 For tin bronze cylinder,taking the forming quality( expanding amount of internal diameter,external roundness error and straightness error) as evaluation indexes,the numerical simulation of stagger spinning process was conducted by finite element simulation software Simufact,and the working radius of each rotating wheel for stagger spinning was analyzed by the response surface methodology.Then,the influence of working radius of each rotating wheel on the forming quality was analyzed,and the simulation was verified by actual experiments. The results show that when the order of working radius of each rotating wheel is wheel 1 wheel 2 wheel 3,the forming quality is the best,and when the working radius of rotating wheel 1 is 6 mm,the working radius of rotating wheel 2 is 5 mm and the working radius of rotating wheel 3 is 4 mm,the high forming quality of tin bronze rod bushing is obtained by power spinning.
