摘要
为解决高强钢材料成形过程中的难点,探寻最适合高强钢材料的成形工艺,以满足其日益增加的市场需求,以客车用高强钢方矩管为例,采用PROFIL软件对该产品的成形工艺及模具进行设计,并通过有限元模拟及拉伸试验,从产品的伸长率、孔径尺寸精度及残余应力等角度,分析了圆成方和直接成方2种辊压成形工艺在成形高强钢方矩管时各自的优缺点,同时重点测试了直接成方产品的弯角和焊缝的力学性能。最终以圆成方和直接成方两种工艺分别制得客车用高强钢方矩管,并通过对各自伸长率、孔径尺寸精度及残余应力等数据进行对比。结果表明,相比于圆成方工艺,直接成方工艺在高强钢方矩管的成形方面优势明显,但其工艺还有改进空间。
In order to solve the difficulties in the forming process of high strength steel and find the most suitable forming process to meet its increasing market demand,for the high strength steel rectangular tube used in buses,its forming process and die were designed by software PROFIL,and the finite element simulation and tensile test were conducted. Then,the characteristics of two rolling processes,namely circle-to-rectangular forming( CRF) and flat-strip-to-rectangular forming( FRF) were analyzed in terms of elongation,dimension accuracy of hole diameter and residual stress,and the mechanical properties of angle and weld in FRF were mainly tested.Finally,the high strength steel rectangular tubes used in buses were obtained by the above two processes,and the elongation,dimension accuracy of hole diameter and residual stress were compared respectively. The results show that compared with CRF process,FRF process has obvious advantages in the forming of high strength steel rectangular tube,but the process still can be improved in the future.
