不同产权视角下农户经营行为对森林结构的影响来——自福建省634户农户的实证研究

Influence of Farmer's Operation Behavior on Forest Structure Under the Perspective of Different Ownership——An Empirical Study of 634 Farmers in Fujian Province

森林具有不可替代的生态功能,事关人类生存发展和文明的延续,同时森林结构是衡量森林生态功能的重要指标。基于集体林权制度改革后福建省634户农户的实地调研,以用材林为例,通过建立Tobit模型研究农户经营行为及其对森林结构产生的影响。结果表明:(1)农户林业经营行为中的造林行为和抚育行为对森林结构具有显著影响;(2)农户林业经营行为之间的相互作用影响各经营行为对森林结构的影响;(3)不同产权类型特征下,农户经营行为对森林结构的影响具有差异性;(4)产权对森林结构无直接影响,但可通过树苗投入和雇工人数对森林结构产生间接影响。

Forest had an irreplaceable ecological function,which was related to the survival and development of mankind and the continuation of civilization. At the same time. The forest structure was an important index to measure the forest ecological function. Based on the collective forest right system reform after the field survey of 634 farmers in Fujian Province,this paper took timber stands as an example,through the establishment of Tobit model to study the effect of peasant household management behavior of forest structure. The results showed that：（1）The afforestation behavior and the rearing behavior of the farmers＇ forestry management had a significant impact on the forest structure.（2）The interaction between farmers＇ forestry management behaviors influenced the influence of the operation behaviors on the forest structure.（3）Under the characteristics of different property rights,the influence of farmers＇ operation behaviors on forest structure was different.（4）The property rights had no direct impact on the forest structure,but it could indirectly affect the forest structure through the input of tree seedlings and the number of employees.
