摘要
幼儿园开展木偶教育活动不仅有利于本土民族文化的传承,而且可以促进幼儿核心素养的发展。幼儿园在建构木偶教育活动体系时应重视课程资源的优化,建立研究共同体,推进班本课程建设;在实施木偶教育活动体系时应立足幼儿参与和亲身体验,分层推进,采取过程性评价,以促进幼儿终身所需关键能力与品质的发展。
The key competence is the necessary ability and key quality tot the people to face the truth successfully and its development is the integration of children's knowledge, ability and attitude, and gives emphasis to the children's independent action, interaction and social participation. The construction of puppet education activities pointed to the children's key competence development can start with the optimization of curriculum resource, establish a research community and implement the class curriculum. At last, the kindergarten should implement the curriculum stratified and optimize the process evaluation.
