摘要
如何有效组织实施乡村教师培训,提升乡村教师专业能力水平,进而提高乡村教育质量,是各级教师培训机构当下亟待解决的重要课题。鉴于此,山东省采取了以教育志愿者为主体,送教下乡、连续培养的形式,以学科专业知识、专业技能和教学能力培训为重点,建设基于测评的分级分层培训模式,在培训课程体系建设,培训方式、培训团队建设,师德教育方式方面进行了创新,以提升乡村教师的专业技能,实现贫困地区教育的可持续发展。
How to organize and implement the rural teachers' training effectively to enhance the level of rural teachers' professional ability and improve the quality of rural education,is the important issue to be solved for teacher training institutions at all levels.In view of this,Shandong province adopts the form of education volunteers as the main body,sending teachers to the countryside to accept continuous training,which focuses on professional subject knowledge,professional skills and teaching ability training.It aims to construct a layered training mode based on the evaluation of the classification.This paper innovates the training course system construction,training methods,training team building and ethics education ways to enhance the rural teachers' professional skills and achieve the sustainable development of education in poverty-stricken areas.
