问题导向式学习在能力范式人才培养中的实践与反思——以齐鲁师范学院制药工程专业大学生自主构建氨基肟类化合物库为例

摘要 实现从知识范式向能力范式的转换为现代高等教育的发展提供了一条新的思路。然而,在传统的课堂教学中以教师为中心,注重知识的讲解与传授,不能适应能力范式人才培养的目标。问题导向式学习则以学生的自主协作学习为中心,以知识的掌握与能力的培养为目标,为由知识范式向能力范式转换的教学改革提供了理论依据。文章以齐鲁师范学院制药工程专业大学生自主构建氨基肟类化合物库为教学内容,对问题导向式学习在制药工程专业能力范式人才培养中的应用进行了探索。结果表明:问题导向式学习在培养学生的文献调研能力、实验操作能力和创新能力等方面具有明显的优势。 Transforming knowledge learning into abilities enhancement is one of education reform directions in our undergraduate student cultivation.However,traditional teaching and learning approach,which is dominated by teachers' explaining,focuses on the explanation of knowledge,thereby,may not be adapted to enhance undergraduate students' abilities.Problem-based learning(PBL) is a constructive,self-directed,collaborative,contextual process.Since PBL focuses on the knowledge learning and abilities enhancement,this special process may be a solution for our current education reform.In this work,we recruited 16 students,and asked them to synthesize amidoximes as histone deacetylase inhibitors.Preliminary results demonstrated that the recruited students' abilities including literature review,experiment performing as well as the generation of new ideas are significantly enhanced by using PBL approach.
