非法集资犯罪被害人亚健康心理及矫治研究

Research on Sub-health Psychology and Correction of the Victims of Illegal Fund-raising Crime

非法集资犯罪被害人在该类犯罪发生前、发生时及发生后分别存在着趋利暴富、愤怒恐惧及急躁不安、悲观厌世等不同特征的亚健康心理。这些心理容易造成被害人严重的感知、记忆、情绪情感方面的心理障碍并引发群体上访、违法犯罪、自杀轻生等一系列问题。因此,各级政府及公安、司法机关应当对被害人亚健康心理分别在案发前、发生时及发生后采取有针对性矫治措施,如案发前对潜在被害人举办心理疏导辅导、讲座,提供心理咨询、测试和矫治;案发时对来访被害人当面耐心疏导,对重点被害人"一对一"劝解;案发后积极追赃、挽回损失,并设置24小时咨询和疏导热线电话等,有效帮助被害人调整心态,重建康复心理。

The victims of illegal fund-raising crime can be described as a state characterized by so many different subhealth psychology as the following：they hope to get rich quickly before this kind of crime occurs,they feel a wave of anger and fear when the crime occurs and they become irritable and pessimistic after the crime occurs.This unhealthy thought can easily cause serious psychological barriers in perception,memory and emotion of the victims,as well as a series of problems such as group petition,illegal crime and suicide.Therefore,governments at all levels and public security organs and judicial organs should take many targeted and corrective measures against sub-health psychology of the victims before,during and after the crime.For example,the psychological counseling,lecture,the psychological consultation,testing and correction should be provided to the potential victims before the crime.The patient face to face counseling should be given to the visiting victims,especially the victims who need more help should be given＂one to one＂persuasion during the crime.The loss should be recovered actively as far as possible and the 24-hour hotline should be set up providing consultation and guidance in order to give an efficient aid to the victims,which they can adjust their mentality and recover well gradually.
