刑侦专业开设录音检验课程的必要性——由涉音案件侦查的主要问题及原因谈起

The Necessity of Setting up a Forensic Audio Examination Course in Criminal Investigation Major——Discussing from the Main Issues and Reasons in the Investigation of Cases Involving Recordings

近年来,涉及录音资料的刑事案件逐年增多。但实践中,有些涉及录音资料的案件本应顺利侦破,最后却久侦难破,甚至出现了嫌疑人翻供等情形。为此,笔者总结了当前涉音案件侦查中存在的主要问题,系统分析了这些问题的主要成因,提出了解决这些问题的有效途径——在刑侦专业开设录音检验课程。

In recent years,the number of criminal cases involving recording materials has increased year by year.However,in practice,some cases involving recording materials should have been detected smoothly,but in the end,they were difficult to be solved for a long time,and even the suspects overthrew their original confessions.To this end,the authors summarized the main problems existing in the current investigation of the cases involving recordings,analyzed the main causes of these problems systematically,and put forward the effective ways to solve these problems——setting up Forensic Audio Examination Course in criminal investigation major.
