摘要
基于2006~2017年度国家自然科学基金人力资源管理和组织行为领域的项目申请与资助情况,对上述两个领域的面上项目、青年项目、地区项目、重点项目的申请量、资助量、资助率、发展态势,以及特别对"十一五"和"十二五"期间的项目申请量、资助量和资助率进行了对比分析,并根据有关分析结果,对人力资源管理和组织行为领域的研究主题进行了进一步深入探讨,以期为人力资源管理与组织行为学科的发展规划,以及国家自然科学基金资助计划提供依据,同时为有关科研人员的研究选题与项目申请提供借鉴和参考。
This paper analyzes the number of applications and granted projects, the funding rate, and their development trend of General Projects, Youth Projects, Less Developed Regions Projects, and Key Projects in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the National Nature Science Foundation of China during 2006~2017. This paper mainly analyzes the age and gender structure of the principle investigators and compares the number of applications, the num- ber of granted projects and the funding rate between “llth Five-Year Plan” and 12th Five Year Plan. On this basis, this paper analyzes the research topics of Human Resource Management and Organiza- tional Behavior. We expect this paper can provide the basis for discipline development plan and fun- ding scheme of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from National Natural Sci ence Foundation of China, and provide reference to select research topics and apply funds for research- ers.
