“工匠精神”视域下地方应用型高校大学生创业实践教育研究

Research on Entrepreneurship Education of Local Applied University Students from the Perspective of Craftsmanship Spirit

产业结构的整体优化变革必须依靠提高人才队伍素质来实现。必须以高素质的"工匠精神"人才来推动"供给侧结构性改革",以实现我国经济的转型升级。当前,毕业生不符合用人单位要求,造成人才过剩、有效供给不足、大学生就业难的矛盾。政府和学界提出以创业创新促就业的积极就业政策,培养大学生的创业创新热情、提高大学生创业创新能力、改善创业环境等措施以缓解这一难题。大学生创业实践风险的存在和自身能力的欠缺,抑制和阻碍了大学生的创业创新意愿和需求,进而影响到大学生创业创新的实效。所以,培养"工匠精神"构建地方应用型高校大学生创业实践保障机制是大学生创业创新的重要保障。

The overall optimization and reform of the industrial structure must rely on the improvement of the quality of the talent group. The＂supply side structural reform＂must be promoted with high-quality＂craftsmanship spirit＂to realize the transformation and upgrading of China＇s economy. At present,graduates do not meet the requirements of employers,resulting in a surplus of talents,an insufficient effective supply for jobs and difficulties of college students＇ employment. The government and the academic community put forward a positive employment policy with entrepreneurial innovation to promote employment,cultivate students＇ enthusiasm for entrepreneurship innovation,improve their entrepreneurial innovation ability,and improve the environment for entrepreneurship in order to alleviate this problem. The existence of college students＇ entrepreneurial practice risk and the lack of their own ability inhibit and hinder the innovation will and demand of college students,and in turn affect the effectiveness of their entrepreneurial innovation. Therefore,training their＂craftsmanship spirit＂to build a local application oriented college students＇ entrepreneurial practice guarantee mechanism is an important guarantee for college students＇ entrepreneurial innovation.
