素质拓展训练培养农林高职学生创新意识的实验研究

Experimental Research on Outward Bound Training to Cultivate Students' Innovative Consciousness in Higher Vocational Colleges of Agriculture and Forestry

将素质拓展训练运用于农林高职学生创新意识的培养,进行教学对比实验。结果表明:通过素质拓展训练,农林高职学生创新认识、创新准备以及创新意识整体水平得到了有效提升,且差异非常显著(P<0.01)。素质拓展训练的开展有利于农林高职学生创新意识的培养,应将素质拓展训练广泛应用到农林高职创新型人才培养之中。

The outward bound training was applied to the cultivation of students＇ innovative consciousness in higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry to carry out the teaching contrast experiment. The results showed that through the outward bound training,the overall level of students＇ innovation awareness,innovation preparation and innovation consciousness have been effectively improved,and the difference is very significant（ P 0. 01）. The development of outward bound training is beneficial to the cultivation of students＇ innovative consciousness in higher vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry and should be widely applied to the cultivation of innovative talents in these colleges.
