摘要
目前,民办高校内部激励机制和监管机制尚未完善、人才队伍弱且积极性不高、培训工作不到位等问题制约着科研工作的开展,通过强化内部管理,采取实施教师分类考评,建立成果多样评价体系,坚持开放和长效评价机制,细化科研组织管理,提升科研服务能力等措施,推进民办高校科研发展。
At present,problems such as the imperfectness of the inner incentive and regulatory mechanisms,a lack of teaching talents with high motivation and the improperness of relevant training work restrict the development of scientific research in private colleges. To promote the development of their scientific research,measures like strengthening their internal management,undertaking the classification evaluation system for teachers' performance,establishing multiple evaluation systems for achievements,adhering to open and long-term evaluation mechanisms,refining the management of scientific research organizations and improving scientific research service capabilities,should be taken.
