推进就业指导课程的实效性——构建课堂“微社会”

摘要 伴随我国高等教育体制改革进程的逐步深入,特别是高校招生与毕业生就业机制改革的深化,高校毕业生的就业问题得到了普遍的关注,而为了让学生能够更好地掌握就业的技巧与能力,各院校纷纷开始了就业指导课程,希望以此来不断提升学生的就业能力。然而,因受到各方面因素的影响,各院校在就业指导课程的开设上并没有获得如期的效果,整体表现出较大的随意性。为此,文章从分析当前我国众多院校就业指导课程开设现状入手,针对其存在的问题,提出了构建课堂"微社会"的教学思路,进而具体探讨其在教学实践中的应用。 With the gradual deepening of the process of the reform of higher education system in China,especially the deepening of the reform of the employment mechanism of college enrolment and graduates,the employment problem of college graduates has been widely concerned. In order to enable students to master the skills and abilities of employment better,many colleges have started the employment guidance courses,hoping to continuously improve the employability of students. However,because of the impact of various factors,colleges and universities didn't receive the effects as expected,and the overall performance is of greater randomness. Therefore,starting with the analysis of the current situation of employment guidance courses in many higher colleges in China and aiming at the existing problems,the paper puts forward the teaching idea of constructing the"micro society"in class,and then discusses its application in the teaching practice.
