高校学生事务管理工作是高校管理工作的重要内容之一,"以生为本"是一种适应未来管理尤其是大学管理发展趋势的科学理念,它强调的在"以人为本"基础上充分尊重学生的综合发展的理念得到国内原来越多的高校的认同和尝试。中国高校的学生工作模式正在经历一场变革,由传统的学生工作模式向学生事务管理逐步转变,这一过程最重要的是生态管理制度的营造、学生事务管理部门的整合以及管理队伍的建设。

College student affairs administration is an important aspect of management of the schools. The＂student-oriented＂concept is a kind of administrative pholisohpy that can meet the needs of future managemet,especially the trend of university development. It emphasizes that the concept of comprehensive development of students should be fully respected on the basis of＂people-oriented＂principle,and the recognition and experiment of the more universities in China have been obtained.Student affairs work in Chinese colleges is undergoing a change,gradually shifting from the traditional working mode to student affairs management. The most important in this process are the management system of the ecological construction,the integration of student affairs administration department and the construction of the management team.
