In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,General Secretary Xi has asked leading cadres to strengthen self-discipline and be cautious about independence and minute details. This contributed to the formation of the Rules of＂Three Cautions＂for all the leading cadres—be cautious about minute details,be cautious about corruption and be cautious about independence.
