楼宇经济时代的共同体营造——基于场域惯习的理论视角

Establishment of Communities in the Era of Building Economy——Based on the Theory of“Field-Habitus”

采用布迪厄"场域—惯习"理论作为分析框架,在此视角下构造楼宇社区场域概念,分析该场域结构及场域内主体惯习,发现当前国内楼宇社区存在场域结构不合理、社区惯习未实现的问题,并提出通过改善场域结构、培育社区惯习的方式,促进楼宇经济时代的共同体营造。

Based on the theory of＂Field-Habitus＂of Bourdieu,this paper introduces a concept of field of building communities. After analyzing this field structure and subject habitus within the field,we find that unreasonable field structures and failures in community habitus exist in current building communities in China. And then we suggest improving the field structures and forming community habitus to promote the establishment of communities of building economy.
