单向免疫扩散样本的图像测量

Image measurement of single immunodiffusion samples

单向免疫扩散作为早已成熟的免疫检测技术,对检测结果准确测量是实现流感疫苗生产质量把关的重要前提。为了能够准确测量单向免疫扩散样本圆形沉淀物直径,本文提出了一种基于相机图像矫正、对照分割的边缘检测以及圆检测的图像测量新方法。通过预处理将图像转换成灰度图像,降低图像噪声,并改进两步标定法对图像进行矫正,再采用基于对照分割的边缘检测提取沉淀物边缘信息,根据边缘信息进行圆拟合,得到沉淀物的直径参数。实验结果表明,本文算法对单向免疫扩散环直径的测量,运行更快速,测量结果更接近理论值。

Single immunodiffusion as a mature immunoassay technique,the accurate measurement of it is an important prerequisite for the quality control of influenza vaccine drugs. In order to accurately measure the diameter of a round precipitate from single immunodiffusion samples.This paper presents a new method of image measurement： Based on camera image correction,contrast the segmentation edge detection and circle detection.First,the image is reduced to a gray image by reducing the image noise by Pre-processing,at the same time,the improved two step calibration method is used to correct the image; Secondly,edge detection based on contrast segmentation is used to extract edge information of sediment; Finally,according to the edge information of the circle fitted to get a diameter＇s parameters of the precipitate.The experimental results show that the proposed method can measure the diameter of single immunodiffusion rings more quickly and the measurement results are closer to the theoretical value.
