摘要
产品日益复杂,同时人们对产品设计质量提出了更高的要求,传统的产品设计技术面临着巨大挑战,激光3D打印技术具有成型精度高、研制时间短等优点,为此本文将激光3D打印技术引入到产品设计中。首先对激光3D打印技术的工作原理进行分析,然后详细描述了基于激光3D打印技术的产品设计过程,最后与传统技术进行了产品设计效果对比测试。结果表明,激光3D打印技术设计的产品效果好,产品几何尺寸精度更高,大幅度缩短了产品设计的周期,具有更加广泛的应用前景。
As the complexity of the product is increasing,people have put forward higher requirements for product design.The traditional technology is facing a great challenge.The 3 D laser printing technology has the advantages of high molding precision and short development time.Therefore,this paper introduces 3 D laser printing technology into product design.First,the working principle of 3 D laser printing technology is analyzed,and then the mechanical parts are designed by 3 D laser printing technology.Finally,the comparison test of the product design effect is carried out with the traditional technology.The results show that the 3 D laser printing technology has a better effect on the product,the geometric precision of the product is higher,the cycle of the product design is greatly shortened,and it has a wider application prospect.
