红光联合护理干预及药物治疗糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of red light combined with nursing intervention and drug therapy on diabetic herpes zoster neuralgia

目的：探讨红光联合护理干预及药物治疗糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛的临床应用效果。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的100例II型糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组（n=50）与对照组（n=50）,对照组给予护理干预及药物治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予红光治疗,全程观察并比较两组患者临床效果、平均止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间、疼痛基本消失时间等指标。结果：研究组患者总有效率为96.00%,对照组患者总有效率为84.00%（P〈0.05）;研究组患者平均止疱时间、结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间、疼痛基本消失时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对药物治疗的II型糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛患者采用红光联合护理干预,其临床效果显著,能够有效促进患者症状改善,降低患者疼痛程度,有利于患者预后,值得推广。

To investigate the clinical effects of red light combined with nursing intervention and medication on diabetic herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods： A total of 100 patients with diabetic herpes zoster neuralgia treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 50）.The patients in the study group were treated with red light on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,average blistering time,scabbing time,pain relief time and the disappearance time of the pain in the two groups were observed and compared.Results： The total effective rate was 96. 00% in the study group and 84. 00% in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The average blistering time,scabbing time,pain relief time and pain disappearing time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The combination of red light nursing and drug treatment of diabetes with herpes zoster neuralgia has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the degree of pain in patients,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients and is worth promoting.
